Consent is voluntary. It is not a condition of using Can-U's non-SMS features or any unrelated service.

Your messaging app will open with START prepared. You choose whether to send it.

What you are agreeing to

Can-U may send transactional family-coordination Asks approved by a household coordinator, and necessary replies or updates about those Asks.
Message frequency varies with the household's coordination activity. Can-U does not use this program for marketing.

Text STOP at any time to opt out. Text START or UNSTOP to opt back in where supported.

How consent is recorded

Can-U records the sending phone number, Can-U number, START message, provider message identifier, date and time, consent workflow, and disclosure version 2026-09-21. STOP and later START messages are retained as consent and opt-out history.

Please opt in only if a family coordinator has asked to send you Can-U coordination messages. Review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before sending START.
